Brent Roth
Prior to founding Tau Equity, Brent was the CEO of UST Corporation. He founded UST in 2000 and grew the organization to $150M+ of sales. Previously, Brent was VP of Technology for Nutraceutical. Brent holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.
Brent is a true conversationalist, and outdoorsman. He enjoys spending time with his wife, seven children, and twelve grandchildren.

Shayne Keckley
Shayne is a seasoned financial executive with a proven track record in corporate finance and strategic transactions. Prior to joining Tau Equity, he served as CFO of UST Corporation, where he successfully led a sell-side transaction. His prior roles include CFO positions at ReadyWise and BetterBody Foods and Nutrition, as well as senior finance roles at Intel. Shayne holds both a BA and MBA from BYU, and is a CPA/CMA.
A motorcycle enthusiast and classic muscle car aficionado, Shayne cherishes spending time traveling with his wife and four children.

Caleb Ward
Prior to joining Tau Equity, Caleb was the Director of Corporate Development for BradyPLUS where he completed 18 acquisitions. Previously, Caleb was a Senior Associate at Tower Arch Capital and a M&A Analyst at Credit Suisse. He holds a B.S. in Finance from BYU.

Caleb enjoys traveling, playing and watching sports, and being outside with his wife, three children, and their Pug/Shar Pei, Pepsi.

Carson Normington
Carson is an talented operations leader with a strong background in system fulfillment and management. He previously served as COO of UST Corporation, overseeing major system rollouts. Prior to that, Carson was the General Manager of Ashland and Vice President of Operations at Pharmachem Laboratories. He holds a B.S. in Computer Software Engineering from Stevens-Henager College.
Outside of work, Carson enjoys camping adventures with his wife and three children.
